The Honor Hunter V700 comes with a matte 16.1-inch 1920 x 1080 px IPS LCD display with 144Hz refresh rate and 4.7mm thin bezels. It features an aluminium body at 19.9mm thick, surround lighting, RGB keyboard, built-in fingerprint sensor on its power button, and also a RGB backlit logo on its lid. The Hunter V700 features what Honor dubs as “Wind Valley” mechanism that lifts up the laptop’s body to reveal its intake vents when fully unfolded. This helps with the device’s heat dissipation, which is further assisted by two 12V fans as part of its cooling system.

Hardware-wise, the new Honor gaming laptop is equipped with either 10th gen Intel Core i5-10300H or i7-10750H processors, which comes with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti or RTX 2060 GPUs respectively. The Hunter V700 also includes 16GB DDR4 RAM, storage of up to 1TB NVMe SSD, and a 56Wh battery. Other than that, it features one HDMI 2.0 port, two USB 3.2 ports, one USB 2.0, an Ethernet port, and 3.5mm jacks for headphones and mic. Wireless connectivity support includes WiFi 6, and Honor’s share feature which allows users to extend their smartphone screen onto the laptop.

The Honor Hunter V700 is priced at CNY7,499 (~RM4,590) or the Core i5 model with 512GB storage and GTX 1660 Ti GPU, while the Core i7 model with 512GB storage and RTX 2060 retails at CNY8,499 (~RM5,200). Alternatively, the latter is also available in a 1TB storage configuration that costs CNY9,999 (~RM6,120). The new gaming laptop by Honor is exclusive to China for now, and its availability outside of the country has not been confirmed. (Source: Honor [China] via GSMArena)
